Delivery charge
Orders over £150 are delivered free of charge.
All orders under the minimum carriage payable amount will be subject to a delivery charge of £10 within our van delivery areas.
Any deliveries outside our delivery areas will be charged at cost. We reserve the right to charge for special packing requirements, i.e.Palletised Products or glass stillages.
Additional charges
Delivery to Northern Ireland and domestic postcodes, listed below may incur an additional delivery charge:
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE, BT, TR21-25, JE, GY, IM
If you would like to place an order for an address outside the UK mainland, you should contact your local branch.
Returns
All goods should have been delivered in accordance with the sizes provided by you, however should there have been any errors we will accept returns as below:
1. Before returning any goods you will need to contact your local branch and quote your order reference number and details of the item to be returned.
2. Any item returned should be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
3. Once your return is received we will then arrange replacement or process a refund depending on requirements.
4. Please note that returns of unwanted (non-faulty) goods will incur a 20% handling charge that will be deducted from any credit raised.
